Summer is the season we long for – now more than ever. It’s a time where our senses come alive to familiar sights, sounds, and smells as we embrace sun filled days and endlessly warm nights with open arms – feeling gratitude for the place we call home.
Celebrating the beauty this new season has to offer, we had the privilege of shooting our latest summer campaign amongst 70 hectares of olive trees at Bracu Estate.
A picturesque escape from reality, Bracu Estate is an idyllic backdrop for summer with sunshine streaming through olive trees and dappled light covering the vast green landscape. The sound of rustling branches bringing a sense of calm and the smell of freshly cut grass brings to light childhood nostalgia in its purest form.
Just a short 40-minute drive from Auckland central, nestled in the rolling Bombay hills, the Mediterranean-inspired oasis is run with a commitment to the environment, a love of quality food, and is a location dedicated to celebrating both the significant and the small moments with loved ones.
By using eco-friendly sprays, recycled water to irrigate the property and offsetting carbon emissions with their 25,000 olive trees, the team at Bracu know that if they take care of the land, it will take care of them – something we can get behind.
The perfect location for bringing summer to life, we want to say a big thank you to Bracu Estate for giving us the opportunity to shoot on their property and allowing us to show the beauty of nature at a place dedicated to celebrating it.
This summer we’ll be telling the individual stories of women who inspire us. We’ll be sharing their summer memories, learning more about their unique journeys all whilst celebrating the incredible work they do – stay tuned.
