Dry clean only - took it to the dry cleaners, they washed it per the instructions on the tag, and it got ruined after one dryclean. I was told I was the only one with this problem, and they did offer a refund/replacement, but said if it happened again they wouldn't pay. Also my Max dollars weren't fully refunded. Another person I know also bought it and had the same problem after dry-cleaning. It was all bubbly and come apart from the lining and there were balled up bits of lining inside. I wear blazers usually 2 days a week for work, and need to dryclean 3 or 4 times a year. My 5 year old blazer from Max has been dry cleaned plenty without issue. Seems they are using cheaper materials. It is pretty, but can't be dry-cleaned despite being dry clean only. It isn't fit for purpose. Extremely disappointing.

Great quality and easy to wear
This blazer feels great on, and looks very chic, but I've deducted a star because it creased terribly in the packaging, and despite some gentle pressing I just can't get the creases out. I had a work trip and it had to go in my suitcase, and it was again badly creased.
So an ideal blazer if it never needs to be folded or travel in a bag.
Perfect for dressing up jeans. Great weight. Lovely fabric and lining. Just what I wanted. Posting to Australia was quicker than local deliveries. Up to date tracking. Great thank you.
