Condition of items:


RETURNED ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWASHED CONDITION. WITH ALL LABELS AND SWING TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the items are faulty.

Faulty items:


WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND WILL ALWAYS MEET OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT.

If your item arrives faulty or doesn't perform as it should, we'll take care of it. Depending on the issue, we'll provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit. If you're unsure whether your item is faulty, please bring it in store, or contact our customer services team customer.services@max.co.nz and we can help.

How we refund:


CARD PAYMENTS: Refunded to the original card
GIFT CARDS: Credited back to the original gift card. Please keep your gift card and code safe
