The product I received was not what was pictured

The product I received was not what was pictured. It had a tie with an attachment to the waist. This wasn't in the images or in the description. Due it being on sale, I have to keep it. If I had known it had a tie, I wouldn't have purchased it. However, the fabric is lovely and soft.
