Lovely, thick material that hangs nicely. The waist band is just thick elastic that can sometimes flip up when wearing as it’s not attached at its lower edge which makes the garment feel a bit constructed on the cheap.

I love this skirt and the way it flows. Generous sizing. My only struggle is that I've bought so many browns this season, I dont have a lot to go with grey. Back to shopping!
