All our swim uses regenerated nylon fibres, such as fishing nets which otherwise would go to landfill. The production of recycling the nylon uses less resources than ‘normal’ nylon. Did you know that 10% of ocean debris is nylon? Our swimwear contains 79% Recycled Nylon / 21% Elastane .




Our Recycled Nylon Swimwear has a UPF Factor (Ultraviolet ProtectionFactor) and is basically like a SPF, but used in terms of fabric sun protection. SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor and is the rating you're familiar with for sunscreens and other sun-protective products. It measures the amount of time it takes for sun-exposed skin to redden, while UPF measures the amount of UV radiation that penetrates a fabric and reaches the skin.
